What happens to charitable giving at Christmas?

Cathy Pharoah, Professor of Charity Funding at Cass Business School in London, discusses the trends of charitable giving during the Christmas period. She reports that giving does go up by about 5% at Christmas: we don’t give more but more people give at this time.
