Major Donor Special Interest Group offers three bursaries for 2012

The Major Donor Special Interest Group (MDSIG) of the Institute of Fundraising is offering three bursaries to its members this year, covering the Institute of Fundraising National Convention and other training and professional development.

Institute of Fundraising National Convention 2012

The group is offering two bursaries, each worth up to £1,800, to attend all three days of the IoF National Convention (2- 4 July 2012). If the recipient’s organisation is unable to pay for their travel, they can also claim up to £200 in travel costs.
If the applicant is not a member of the Institute of Fundraising the bursary will include one year’s membership.
The deadline for applying for these bursaries is 09.00 on 5 April 2012.

Training and professional development

A bursary of up to £1,200 will pay for a member of the group to undertake any training or professional development course up to the value of £1,000. If the recipient’s organisation is unable to pay for their travel, they can also claim travel up to the value of £200.
The deadline for applying is 09.00 on 20 April 2012.
Applicants must fill in an application form and submit their applications via email only. Applications must be submitted by email to Caroline Stewart.
