Four small charity bursaries available for Scottish Conference 2011

Howard Lake | 5 June 2011 | News

Four bursaries are being made available to enable fundraisers at small charities to attend The Institute of Fundraising Scotland’s annual Scottish Conference this year. The bursaries are provided by the THINK Foundation which exists to support the understanding and development of fundraising skills in the not for profit sector around the world.
Each bursary consists of a full pass covering attendance at all aspects of the conference over both days, the awards dinner, and B&B on 25 October. They do not however cover travel costs to and from the conference.
They are only open to fundraisers at organisations with an annual turnover of less than £500,000. The places are open to those working in fundraising or wishing to take up a career in fundraising.
The Scottish Conference takes place at the Glasgow Hilton from 25 to 26 October 2011.
Applications for the four places are open until 24 June 2011.
