London Councils is again inviting comments from the voluntary sector on the scope of London Boroughs Grants Scheme.

The original consultation ran last year but the High Court ruled that the the resultant decision by London Councils did not consider in enough detail the impact that changes to the scheme could have on equalities.

Following legal opinion and other expert advice from the Equalities and Human Rights Commission, London Councils will run the supplementary consultation for a month.
