Sophos to give 12-months' IT security to 25 charities

Howard Lake | 27 October 2010 | News

IT security and data protection firm Sophos is celebrating its 25th anniversary by giving 25 charities 12-months’ free IT security.
The 25 successful charities or non-profit organisations will each benefit from free 12 month licences for Sophos Endpoint Security and Control. The competition consists of a simple question; entries must be submitted by 3 December 2010. There are some limitations on which kinds of organisation can enter.
Ciaran Rafferty, vice president for Sophos UK & Ireland said: “It’s a fantastic opportunity, particularly for smaller charities who may struggle to fund this kind of cost, and provides them with the ability to reallocate funds to the front line for a twelve-month period”.
