Advanced Solutions International (ASI) has purchased the assets of the Donor Management business, a long-serving provider of fundraising software to over 300 organisations in Australia and New Zealand.
ASI has traditionally worked with larger fundraising organisations and associations with its iMIS software, but this acquisition will enable it better to serve small to medium not-for-profit organisations.
“he culture of Donor Management is an excellent fit for ASI, and it is important to us that we combine motivated employees who are passionate about the not-for-profit sector,” said Paul Ramsbottom, managing director, ASI Asia-Pacific.
ASI said that it will “continue to invest in and develop both the iMIS and Donor Management products”. The company will also retain “all Donor Management staff” as employees, and “Donor Management managing director, Andrew Stein, will continue to play an active role in the business”.
ASI’s flagship software product iMIS is used by more than 280 not-for-profit organisations in the Asia-Pacific region including Cancer Council Victoria, National Breast Cancer Foundation, and The Royal Australasian College of Surgeons. It is also the ASI is the developer of ProgressCRM software.
