New chief executive at Lasa

Howard Lake | 5 August 2010 | News

Terry Stokes has been appointed as the new Chief Executive at Lasa, the strategic provider of knowledge, support and resources to third sector and government bodies. He takes over at the London-based organisation from Andy Gregg who has served as Chief Executive since 2004.
Stokes has worked for Lasa since 1998, originally as project manager of online welfare rights information service Rightsnet. He was appointed Director of Services at Lasa in 2003.
He said about his appointment: “I am excited about the challenge of helping more organisations across the UK access the support they need. I believe that it is only by working together that the third sector will survive the current funding cuts.”
