Salary survey for fundraisers in north west

Fundraisers in the north west of England are being invited to take part in a salary survey.

The first North West Fundraising Salary Survey is being undertaken by Bruce Tait Associates. As well as establish what fundraisers get paid, it will also cover what they think about the conditions, training and motivation offered by the charities they work for.

The research findings should make it easier for charities to recruit, train and retain fundraisers.

All respondents will receive a full copy of the results, and the results of the survey will be presented at the Institute of Fundraising North West Conference in November 2009.
