The 2009 Online Information conference

The Online Information 2009 conference will take place at the Grand Hall, Olympia in London on 1st – 3rd December 2009. Once more, there is a programme of free seminars. The full seminar programme will be available on the website (www.online-information.co.uk) by the end of October. These sessions are free of charge but cannot be booked in advance. Availability is on a first come, first served basis. The sessions are due to include “enterprise search solutions” – new search solutions, gaining access to information, real time search, using social networks to interact with “customers”, etc.
