NTT Fundraising wins award

NTT Fundraising has won the People Development Award at the South West Contact Centre Awards which were held in Bristol yesterday.
The agency, which works purely for charities and not-for-profit organisations, was recognised for its focus on staff development over the past 12 months.
As part of an organisational structure, NTT has introduced new technology which is both more secure and includes blanket call recording, which helps the agency in its people development strategy.
