Ian Charlesworth joins Futurebuilders England

Ian Charlesworth has joined Futurebuilders England as Enterprise Director. He joins from the Shaw Trust where he was Chief Executive for over 10 years, during which time the charity developed an excellent track record in winning contracts.
Before that, he worked for the City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council and the West Riding County Council in Yorkshire.
Jonathan Lewis, Chief Executive of Futurebuilders England said: “I am delighted that Ian has decided to join Futurebuilders. His understanding of the sector in general and contracting in particular will be of immense help to Futurebuilders and to its investees.”
To date, Futurebuilders has offered over £162 million in investments to 328 organisations, including agreements in principle.
