Hugo Middlemas has been appointed Director of Fundraising at Guy’s and St Thomas’ Charity.
He joins from the Parkinson’s Disease Society where he was Director of Fundraising, and succeeds Dominic Lennon, who has been acting as Interim Director of Fundraising since June 2007.

The London charity supports Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust and associated NHS Trusts in Lambeth and Southwark.
A key objective for Middlemas will be to develop fundraising activities in partnership with King’s College London and King’s College Hospital to raise funds for the new Integrated Cancer Centre. The fundraising team will also work with Guy’s and St Thomas’ to enhance the profile of the Charity across the hospital and strengthen links with the local community.
Before the Parkinson’s Disease Society, Middlemas worked at the Institute of Cancer Research and Leukaemia Research Fund.
