Gorilla Organization's authorised collector card - sample
Conservation charity The Gorilla Organization is using secure ID cards from Payne Security to authenticate its official street-based collectors and make it harder for fraudsters to attempt to collect in their name.

Like many other charities, The Gorilla Organization uses volunteer collectors in large cities to ask for cash donations.
Payne Security developed a card design that combines security devices with graphics that support the charity’s branding. The design includes photographic personalisation of the cardholder and a forest effect created using fine line printing, whose intricate patterns are hard to replicate. The reverse of the card includes information about The Gorilla Organization’s activities.
Sam Davies of The Gorilla Organization said: “It is vital that we safeguard the public from fraud and ensure that all donated money is given to our official collectors. We are delighted that Payne Security has been able to provide a card solution that enhances our corporate image as well as providing secure authentication of genuine charity workers.”
