New management and organisational structure at IRIS NFP

Following its recent acquisition of Donor Strategy, IRIS NFP Solutions, the provider of web integrated customer relationship management (CRM), membership management and fundraising solutions to the not-for-profit sector, has announced details of a new organisational and management structure.
Simon Fowler has been appointed Managing Director and Carrie Goodbourn, formerly Managing Director of IRIS CARE, has been appointed as Head of Product Management.
John Stephen is appointed as Head of Professional Services, and Rob Barr, who has been part of the NFP team for over eight years with specialisms in business process analysis and IT solution development, has been appointed Head of Sales and Marketing. He has been involved in core database replacement projects for over 40 not-for-profit organisations.
Justin Healey joins as Head of Development, having previously held senior research and development positions at major software vendors Multisoft and Sage.
Andy Moss has been appointed Head of Support having most recently held the position of Operations Manager for IRIS NFP Solutions. He has over 20 years direct experience of IT and the NFP sector.
The enlarged Division will be supported by two regional “Centres of Excellence”; one in the South East (Wimbledon) and one in the South West (Pill, near Bristol, formerly Donor Strategy’s offices).
Simon Fowler said: “The creation of the new NFP team with extensive market and customer knowledge will ensure the delivery of a product and technology strategy that strengthens IRIS’ market-leading position.
“With so much consolidation in the market place, it is vital that not-for-profit organisations have the security of a major, financially-stable, UK-focused software and services business that is committed to the long-term and to the NFP sector”.
