Janet will remain on the board of CF Appointments as a non-executive director and as a director of Independent Director Search, its sister company, concentrating on trustee and non-executive board appointments across all sectors. Janet firmly believes that board appointments in companies, charities and public bodies are made from a wide range of candidates and that the recruitment process is rigorous and transparent. “CfA and IDS will continue to be leading proponents of this approach,” she says.
