Apparently, some of the most popular blog posts are those that offer a list of the top ten or top five in a particular subject.
Damian O’Brion of Dublin-based fundraising and campaigning agency AskDirect has gone one step further with a presentation offering an A-Z of great online ideas. He has shared online his Powerpoint presentation, originally presented at the Social Activism Online Conference in Dublin on 4 October 2008.
Needless to say, B is for blogs and D is for Doggysnaps.com, but there is the occasional surprise such as N for the US National Rifle Association, and P for profanity.

You don’t of course pick up the humour and insight from Damian’s live presentation but there are enough pointers here to give you a good grounding in some of the social media techniques available to charities, and some examples of these tools being wielded effectively.
