Futurebuilders forms partnership with RBS

Howard Lake | 3 September 2008 | News

Futurebuilders England and the Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) have formed a partnership to increase the financial support available to third sector organisations.
The venture will allow the two organisations to work together, refer potential clients to each other and offer co-financing options to the third sector.
The two have previously worked together to help finance a number of Futurebuilders investees including TreeHouse, the East Midlands community Dental Association and the RNID.
RBS will also advise Futurebuilders on aspects of bank feasibilities. Futurebuilders specialises in investing in organisations that are unable to secure a loan for their project from a commercial lender.
The partnership is not exclusive, and Futurebuilders is open to establishing similar partnerships with other high street banks.
