Face to face attrition survey extended by one week

The survey on behalf of the Public Fundraising Regulatory Association (PFRA) to examine donor retention and attrition rates in street or door-to-door face-to-face donor recruitment campaigns is being extended by one week.
Already over 25% of the PFRA’s members have completed the questionnaire but others have requested more time to do so.
The survey looks at the nature, measurement, and management of attrition, with the aim of developing benchmarks for the sector.
The new deadline for completing the survey is 30 May 2008. It is available in paper format as well as online:
