The Lloyds TSB Foundation for England and Wales has appointed three new trustees to its board of 12.
Janet Bibby, chief executive of The Coalfield Regeneration Trust, and Alan Leaman, director of corporate affairs at the Association of British Insurers, took up their positions on 1 January 2008. Rosemary Stevenson, a freelance consultant following senior roles at DFID, will join them from 1 July 2008.
The Foundation supports charities that help disadvantaged people to play a fuller role in communities across England and Wales.
Trustees were sought with board level experience in the public, commercial and voluntary sector who would reflect the Foundation’s geographical spread and the diverse communities that they serve.
