Associa announces Effective… Seminars to develop and manage your membership

Howard Lake | 29 April 2008 | News

Associa, the specialist provider of membership services, has today announced the next phase of seminars (May to October 2008) in its Best Practice seminar programme.
Building on the success of the How to… seminars – Associa is launching a series of Effective… seminars, which aim to help smaller charities, membership organisations and associations to more effectively manage and develop their membership.
“The How to seminars were a great success and the feedback has encouraged us to develop another series of seminars that will focus on doing things more effectively – with limited resource says Tim Crocker, Head of Marketing at Associa.
The new seminar programme will focus on more effectively:
• recruiting and retaining members
• managing your magazine – including getting more advertising revenue
• managing back office processes
• using research in membership
You will leave the seminars with tools and ideas that will help you to overcome issues and make the most of your opportunities..
The full Associa Best Practice seminar programme, held at the NCVO in London, is made up of four seminar streams, with topics including recruitment & retention of members, back office processes that affect members, member research and membership magazines. The full detailed programme is available at www.associa.co.uk
All seminars are priced at £100 per person with discounts available for multiple bookings. Places can be booked either by ringing 0800 064 6363 or via www.associa.co.uk.
