Next VSO information day for fundraisers announced

The next information day for fundraisers interested in volunteering overseas with VSO will be held on 23 February 2008.
The events are aimed at skilled fundraising professionals who are thinking of volunteering in the next 12 months. They include presentations from returned volunteers from your sector, giving a personal account of what it’s really like to be a VSO volunteer. Delegates will be able to talk with returned volunteers and VSO staff and find out more about placements available.
The ‘Business and Charity Skills Information Day’ is for managers (from all sectors) and finance, marketing, fundraising, advocacy and IT professionals. It will be held at VSO’s London office from 10.00 – 15.00 on 23 February 2008. Attendance must be pre-booked.
