Richard Taylor, Executive Director of Fundraising and Supporter Marketing, has reorganised the fundraising and supporter marketing function into six departments: Supporter Relationship Management; Supporter Marketing; High Value Relationships; Community and Events; Trading; and Strategic Development.
The charity is also creating a new directorate, led by Sarah Lyness, combining its communications and information activities. The Communications and Information directorate will consist of six departments: PR & Press and Brand; Internet and New Media; Cancer Information; Health Information; Patient Information; and Strategy and Operations.
The charity has doubled its research funding to over £300 million since it was formed in 2002, and aims to spend £400 million a year by 2010.
