£100,000 in 'Londonations' from Barclays community investment fund

Barclays is donating £100,000 from the Barclays community investment fund to support 50 London-based charities who work to to improve the lives of London’s communities. The “Londonations” initiative is operating in partnership with London newspaper Metro and the Capital Community Foundation.
The closing date for applications is 17.00 on 21 December 2007.
Awards will be announced in Metro at the beginning of February 2008 and award winners will also receive a letter of confirmation from the Capital Community Foundation.
