The European Association for Planned Giving is organising a roundtable in Dublin on 6th December on the new charity legislation. The roundtable will include key individuals in government who have responsibility for charity regulation.

The new charity legislation will have an impact on all organisations that raise funds or carry out charitable activities in the Republic of Ireland. Awareness and compliance will be important for all charitable bodies so that the new legislation will help charities in their work.

The roundtable on will include an overview of the Charities Bill which has recently passed Second Stage in the Dáil and is now proceeding to Committee Stage.
