Bibic gets second year as IPC Media's charity of the year

Children’s charity bibic has been chosen by consumer magazine publisher IPC Media as its Charity of the Year for a consecutive year.

IPC chose bibic as its first official charity partner following a selection process in Autumn 2006, and in that time the company has raised £15,000.

Explaining the move to extend the partnership into 2008, IPC’s Corporate Responsibility Manager Jane Boswell said: “The partnership has proved to be popular and successful, because we can see our money being used very effectively within bibic and making a big difference to the many families it helps. This extension will enable us to build on our success and develop more innovative ways to support this fantastic charity.”

Bibic’s CEO designate John Bennett said: “The support IPC has given us so far has been brilliant and IPC staff are proving themselves to be truly engaged in making this a rewarding and successful relationship.”
