Prospecting for Gold, with its partners Action Planning and CCR Data, has released the 2007 version of the Wealth Intelligence database.

The Wealth Intelligence database – already the UK’s largest database of the wealthy and influential – was launched at the Action Planning ‘Raising Funds from the Rich’ conference in London, and contains over half the UK’s millionaires. Every name held on the database is capable of making a donation of £5,000 or more and only factual information on each name is held.

The 2007 release includes 300,000 names with up to 30 attributes for each name.

Because the Wealth Intelligence Database has been developed by fundraisers, for fundraisers, it has published the database on three different systems to make prospect research accessible and affordable for all types of not-for-profit organisations – charities, hospitals, universities and colleges, membership organisations, campaigning organisations, faith-based groups, heritage groups and hospices.

Prospecting for Gold can offer a free initial audit of any not-for-profit’s database which will give a count of how many of the Wealth Intelligence names are already supporters or prospective supporters of the organisation.
