Social care provider the Family Welfare Association (FWA) has appointed Baigent to develop a new website, following a multi-agency pitch. The charity is planning to use the site to support its statutory funding base and to explore additional voluntary funding opportunities.

Baigent had already worked with the FWA to
develop the charity’s online strategy, and it was the agency’s experience and expertise in online fundraising that was a key factor in their appointment, according to the charity.

Andy Voyce, Baigent’s account director on the project said: “The strategy will deliver a new website design, structure and content management system and will provide a facility for our client to support and increase their funding opportunities and generally to provide a more user-friendly site that will achieve their objectives.
