Carers UK chooses Fisk Brett's ProgressCRM

Carers UK, the charity that works to improves carers’ lives, has selected ProgressCRM from Fisk Brett to manage its membership, events and fundraising.
Gavin Macgregor, Head of Communications and Development, explained the charity’s selection: “ProgressCRM will not only manage our fundraising, but with its browser interface for remote access, will also enable staff in our five offices across the UK to share a central contacts database.
“This will improve our communication with our supporters, including 1,000 organisations who put us in touch with over a million carers; whilst the events module in Progress will greatly improve management of our training and conferences programme.”

ProgressCRM is used by over 200 organisations. In the Charity Finance magazine IT Survey of May 2006 the database scored 100% from ‘users who would recommend a membership package’ and from ‘users who would recommend a fundraising package’.
