iT4C Launches 2007 IT Volunteer Awards

iT4Communities (iT4C) is inviting volunteers and charities to enter their annual IT Volunteer Awards for 2007.

Anyone who has volunteered their professional IT skills, or charities that have made use of IT volunteers over the last year have the chance to gain national recognition and win prizes including £250 for the charity involved.

iT4Communities, the national IT volunteering programme of the Information Technologists’ Company, is now accepting nominations for the 2007 IT Volunteer Awards, which aim to recognise and celebrate the best and most innovative examples of IT volunteering and projects. Charities can nominate themselves and/or their IT volunteer by submitting an application by 6 October 2007.
