New mobile phones to benefit Marie Curie Cancer Care

Howard Lake | 28 May 2007 | News

UTel Communications’ Charity Phones website is to generate income for Marie Curie Cancer Care from sales of new mobile phones, with the average donation per sale expected to be £64.

The phones are being promoted with a branded version of the Charity Phones website featured on Marie Curie Cancer Care’s website and staff intranet.

Managing Director of UTel Communications Vimal Upadhyaya said: “I think the most amazing thing about this project is the amount we are able to donate on each sale. With some great deals and donations reaching as much as £125 it’s a fantastic way to buy a phone, and everyone’s a winner.”
