CAF Bank to use iKyp format for direct marketing campaign

Howard Lake | 26 April 2007 | News

CAF Bank, the first bank to provide banking and investment services exclusively to charity and not-for-profit organisations, has appointed Kyp Systems to create a direct marketing piece for its latest campaign using the “iKyp” (information to Keep in your pocket) format.

The iKyp is a rectangular piece of cardboard with small wheels at the side which enable the user to interact with the information displayed.

The campaign aims to make more nonprofit organisations aware of CAF Bank’s mission of providing charities with a high-quality banking service which combines low charges with competitive interest rates.

The iKyp, entitled ‘CAF Bank – Showing You More Interest!’, will target charities with its eye-catching format. It will invite them to find out more by exploring its interactive wheels and pull-out leaflets. It also features a tear off panel, which can be mailed back to CAF Bank to request further information.

Mark Morford, Head of Sales and Marketing at CAF, explained: “We are always looking at innovative, cost-effective ways of getting our message across. We have a good story to tell about the benefits CAF Bank offers and the iKyp can help us do that.”

Other charities that have used the iKyp in their marketing include King’s College, London, ZSL London Zoo, RSPCA, and The Kennel Club.
