Trinity Hospice chosen as Charity of the Year by Peter Jones

Clapham-based Trinity Hospice, has been voted Charity of the Year for 2007 by the staff of Peter Jones, the Sloane Square department store which is a member of the nationwide John Lewis Partnership.
Anne Hooper, chief executive of Trinity Hospice, said: “This is only the second time that the Partners (staff) of Peter Jones have nominated a charity and we are very honoured to have been selected. We look forward to working with them on fundraising events during the forthcoming months.”
According to James Devlin, Operations Manager Selling Support, at Peter Jones, Trinity House was the “overwhelming favourite” with the stores’ Partners from the shortlist of charities.
