AK Consultancies Ltd announces new clients

Cheltenham-based AK Consultancies has announced four new clients. The Solicitors Benevolent Association, The Edward Storey Foundation, The Burma Star Association and the Lambeth Endowed Charities will all use the company’s Beneficiaries „¢ Database to maintain and administer their grantmaking processes.

Beneficiaries is now being used by 30 national charities, 20 of them being Association of Charity Officers Members. Established in 1997, the database is used to administer and process the applications and payments of a grantmaking organisation.

Hospitality Action has also joined AK Consultancies’ client list, and will be using their new Fusion„¢ Database. Launched at the end of 2006, Fusion combines the data held in both the Beneficiaries „¢ and Fundraiser„¢ Databases, whilst retaining the functionality of the individual databases.
It thereby enables an organisation to share the data that they collate about donors, beneficiaries, members and contacts in one central area.

Hereford-based Concern Universal have also selected AK Consultancies’ Fundraiser„¢ Database. Microsoft Access-based Fundraiser has processed over £50 million in donations and maximised the Gift Aid potential of this income. It is used by charities to manage their communications with over 750,000 supporters.
