Vitalise announces partnership with IT provider iConcertina – Disability charity's website is first item on agenda

Howard Lake | 17 January 2007 | Newswire

National disability charity Vitalise has entered into partnership with custom online solutions provider iConcertina Creative Ltd as part of its new ICT strategy.

The first major project for iconcertina will be the redevelopment of the charity’s website. Vitalise is looking to create a site which can grow and evolve as the ICT strategy is implemented, engage more effectively with stakeholders, and maintain conformance to DDA (Disability Discrimination Act) accessibility guidelines. The key objectives for this initial stage of the 3-phase project are to boost new and returning site visitors through interactive features, increase donations, and provide booking support for Vitalise holidays and breaks.

One of the future challenges faced by iConcertina will be developing Vitalise’s databases in to one centralised CRM database, with a uniform method of collating, storing and analysing information. iConcertina will also develop effective online marketing and fundraising tools.
