Online constituent relationship management provider GetActive Software, has introduced new tools to its online campaigning and fundraising software. These include Media Targets for Advocacy Campaigns, Dynamic Community Badge, Integrated Website and Email Messaging, and Automated Data Integration.

GetActive’s Media Targets for Advocacy Campaigns tool expands organisations’ ability to conduct campaigns online. Clients can now launch campaigns that connect constituents not only with their local, state, and federal legislators but also with national and local newspapers, TV, popular online sources, radio stations and magazines. GetActive’s Letter to the Editor feature includes more than 6,500 media targets, and integrates with GetActive’s Constituent Data Hub„¢ reporting system.

With Dynamic Community Badge, organisations can encourage key activists and donors to place an animated flash Badge on their MySpace, Facebook, blog, or personal website to promote their support of their campaigns. The Badge lets individuals demonstrate progress towards their personal fundraising or advocacy goal by dynamically updating a graphical thermometer. Client organisations can choose which fundraising and advocacy campaigns and data to display in the Badge.

With Integrated Website and Email Messaging, organisations can pull website content directly into outbound messaging emails. This helps them reuse content across multiple channels to maximize their marketing and fundraising activities.

With Automated Data Integration, organisations can set up recurring batch imports and exports to achieve two-way data synchronisation. This feature allows clients to define the constituent fields, scheduling, and file location as well as queue multiple files for consecutive import or export processing without waiting for one process to complete before preparing the next file.

Tom Krackeler, Senior Vice President of Products at GetActive Software, said: “Our clients can now more easily deliver dynamic campaign content through email, their website, and via the blogs and personal websites of their most committed supporters. They also have more robust tools at their fingertips to extend the reach of their grassroots advocacy efforts and to integrate their offline databases.”
