Two educational fundraising seminars from ASK Associates

Howard Lake | 8 January 2007 | News

The next two seminars in ASK Associates’ annual series will focus on capital campaigns and alumni relations.

On 31 January, Julian Smyth and Margaret Abbott will explore and explain successful capital campaigns, from suggestion through planning to implementation. Is your organisation ready to even think of this most mature of fundraising vehicles? How do you decide upon your target? How long will it take and how much will it cost? The event will be held at the Chartridge Conference Centre.

A week later, on 7 February, the team will be repeating ASK Associates most popular seminar to date, on alumni relations. Julian Smyth said: “The goalposts of ‘best practice’ are moving at an incredible rate and, with many schools and universities still struggling to come to terms with policies others adopted over a decade ago, it is all the more important to review what is hot, and what is not, in 2007”.
