New two-day leadership development programme

Howard Lake | 25 November 2006 | News

Leadership development company Executive Performance is to run a two-day programme to develop sustainable leadership skills for voluntary sector leaders. The courses will run in February and March 2007 and include follow-up one-to-one coaching.

The course, designed for voluntary sector leaders and those wishing to move into leadership roles, will develop participants’ understanding of leadership and its benefits through taught and participatory learning modules, together with observation, feedback and self-reflection. Three follow-up coaching sessions over the next three to six months are then available.

Coaches at Executive Performance, which has just completed in-house training for acevo staff, have a broad range of senior/board level experience in people development, consultancy and marketing in the voluntary and public sectors.
