Cancer Research appoints Celerity to develop data integrity programme

Data management specialist Celerity has been appointed by Cancer Research UK to develop a bespoke data integrity solution for its supporter database to help the charity keep its supporter data in optimum condition.

Celerity’s work aims to increase campaign response rates whilst reducing campaign spend. Its data hygiene project with Cancer Research UK will include cleaning and verifying existing data incorporating suppression file analysis.

Andrew Lynn, Database Administration Manager at Cancer Research UK, said: “Our aim is to increase our focus on the quality of the donor information we hold, utilising strategic analysis to enable us to communicate more effectively with our valued supporters. Celerity has presented us with a solution that enables us to maximise the value of our data quickly and efficiently.”
