Web, branding and advertising agency Smooth is celebrating its fifth birthday by offering charities the chance to win a brand audit, creation of an e-mail campaign, the design of a brochure, a direct marketing campaign and an advertising campaign.

The Aylesbury-based agency started out by offering only web design solutions, but has since grown to offer branding, design,
advertising, marketing, online, event and PR programmes for its varied base of clients. It already offers charities a
25% fixed discount rate on all work.

Managing Director Chris Underwood explained the reason for the prize. “We’ve been increasingly involved with charities over the years, not only myself with Young Enterprise and Hearing Dogs for Deaf People but the entire team. It’s a sector that we all passionately want to see succeed, and we know that we can help to achieve this.

“For example, within months of launching the new website, Hearing Dogs have had over 300 one-off donations, signed up 73 regular donors and have seen a 136% increase in applications for a hearing dog. This is just the tip of the iceberg – we can’t wait to deliver phase 2 of our plan to see their success go from strength to strength.

In order to win, charities need to write in by 5 August 2006 giving 5 reasons as to why they should win the category.

Smooth will contact all winners and runners-up by the 5 September.
