Anderson Manning to handle Action Medical Research's DRTV calls

Northern Ireland-based call centre Anderson Manning Associates (AMA) are set to handle all calls generated by an Action Medical Research DRTV campaign which starts on 1 April.

The campaign will seek to secure new donors. Anderson Manning Associates will handle all inbound calls prompted by the DRTV campaign.

The campaign will run on eight channels:

• C4 Scotland / North
• UK Gold / UK Gold +1
• Living TV / Living TV +1
• UK Documentaries / UK Documentaries +1 UK History / UK History +1 ITV
• News Classic FM TV Performance
