Reframe offers Emotional Intelligence-based management tool for charities

Reframe, the leadership and organisational consultancy, has launched ‘Realtime Development’, a management tool which uses EQ or Emotional Intelligence to assess an organisation’s effectiveness and help it meet its corporate goals.
The tool offers an alternative approach to overcoming organisational challenges by looking at existing culture and how this affects the way an organisation is run, the way in which its staff behave and its successes and failures.
Realtime Development consultants work with organisations of varying sizes on a wide range of projects including change management, conflict resolution and team building.
