London 2012 Olympics marketer awarded CIM Fellowship

The Chartered Institute of Marketing has conferred a fellowship of on David Magliano, the man behind the marketing of London’s successful 2012 Olympic bid.

David served as the Director of Marketing for London 2012 and has been recognised for the pivotal role he played in securing the country’s right to host the Games.

“I feel very honoured being awarded Fellowship of such a prestigious professional body” said David. “My first encounter with The Chartered Institute of Marketing was during my own studies for the CAM Diploma back in the eighties. I am proud to be recognised for my work in bidding for the Olympic Games…”
