Findus to support British Heart Foundation

The British Heart Foundation (BHF) has forged a new fundraising partnership with Findus which will encourage staff and customers to raise more than £300,000 for the national heart charity.

The partnership will launch this month with four products from the current Findus range featuring the BHF fundraising message on-pack. For each product sold 5p will be donated to the charity.

In late spring a number of new ranges, including fish products, will be added to the Findus portfolio carrying the BHF fundraising message. Again Findus will donate 5p to the BHF for every pack sold.

Over 400 members of Findus staff will also be encouraged to get involved in the partnership through employee fundraising. The BHF is planning to send publications and education materials linked to healthy living to Findus staff to promote its heart health messages.
