The fourth edition of Sandy Adirondack’s popular practical guide to managing voluntary sector organisations has just been published.
The revised new edition contains chapters that featured in previous editions such as managing meetings, managing communication and reports, managing people and their work, managing the planning process, and managing time. It also contains new chapters on managing risk and managing partnerships. The chapter on management committees/boards has been divided into one on general governance and one on legal responsibilities.
