Cascaid to review Macmillan data to drive donor relations
Cascaid has been appointed to carry out a detailed data analysis and research project on behalf of Macmillan Cancer Relief.
Vital intelligence and understanding about disparate supporters groups, their needs, motives and attitudes will be used to rationalise the charity’s primary communication vehicle ‘Macmillan News’ and to drive future direct fundraising programmes.
Cascaid is implementing a two-phased strategy using analysis of the existing data with qualitative research through focus groups and one-to-one interviews to discover valuable information about opinions, attitudes and motivations to support the cause.
