RNID’s “Don’t Lose the Music” campaign has been Highly Commended in the PR Strategy category in Third Sector’s Excellence Awards 2005. The awards are voted by an independent panel of judges from the voluntary sector.

The Awards, held last night at the Riverbank Plaza Hotel in London, publicly recognise good practice and celebrate the vital part that voluntary and not-for-profit organisations now play in Britain’s economy. The judges voted for a wide range of awards including Fundraising Team of the Year, Finance Strategy, and Personality of the Year.

RNID’s Director of Communications, Brian Lamb said: “We have demonstrated that we can deliver outstanding coverage for the Don’t Lose the Music campaign, and intend to build on this success for 2006.”
