Barnardo's and fish4jobs offer PR 'dreamjobs' competition

Children’s charity Barnardo’s and online recruitment site fish4jobs have launched the ‘dreamjobs’ competition, offering PR professional the chance to win a day’s work at some major organisations. One prize is a day’s working with the Barnardo’s PR team, promoting the charity’s Toy and Christmas Appeal.

The competition offers people the chance to ‘win’ the job they have always wanted for the day.

Other jobs on offer with the promotion include an opportunity at MTV and a day shadowing a celebrity journalist at Closer magazine. There are also jobs with English National Ballet, as they rehearse for the Nutcracker and Aardman Animations. There are also opportunities with a number of football and rugby clubs.

The charity will receive a donation for every person who enters the competition from the £1.50 entry charge. Barnardo’s is hoping to raise over £100,000 from the promotion.

The competition will run from 11 September to 14 October 2005.
