CLIC Sargent appoint AMA in 'Spend a Penny' project
AMA Charity Services Ltd (AMA) has win the outbound calling contract for children’s cancer charity CLIC Sargent’s Spend a Penny campaign.
The ‘Spend a Penny, Help a Life’ campaign involves outbound calling from AMA, to a warm database. AMA initially conducted a test with operators contacting past customers of Cleaning and Wiping Supplies Ltd, encouraging them to ‘spend a penny’ on a variety of goods, including toilet rolls, whilst explaining the direct benefits of their purchase to the CLIC Sargent Spend a Penny project.
CLIC Sargent were very satisfied with the result of the test campaign in terms of attention to detail, communication and feedback, and as a result have appointed AMA to handle the outbound calling, which is set to begin on 1 August 2005.
