CTT to handle Amnesty International UK's online payment processing

Howard Lake | 14 July 2005 | News

CTT has won the tender to consolidate Amnesty International UK’s online payment processing suite.

CTT will be providing Amnesty International UK (AIUK) with online donations processing, and will help it handle Celebration Gifts, In Memoriam donations, and new and repeat membership, together with event management.

The project has been complicated by the need to duplicate every aspect of the development for Amnesty’s separate charitable and non-charitable activities.

CTT has been working with AIUK for six months. In June 2005 it helped with the launch of Amnesty International UK’s first Student Membership sign-up campaign.

Once the new membership renewal system is in place, AIUK will run a campaign to encourage members to renew their membership online. This is expected to reduce significantly the impact on their back office in terms of time and money.
