New software for table plans for charity dinners and events

UK software publisher Oryx Digital has announced PerfectTablePlan, a new PC software package for creating table plans for charity dinners, conferences, weddings and other events.

PerfectTablePlan is designed to take the tedium out of creating table plans for charity balls, dinners and other events. Just enter information about your guests, automatically assign them to seats with a single mouse click and then print out elegant seating charts and diagrams.

The software can automatically assign guests to seats according to whom they wish to sit near to, or indeed keep them apart from people they’d rather not sit next to. The system helps ensure that last-minute cancellations and changes can be handled easily.
Oryx Digital say that the software is easy to use and “is suitable even for people with very basic computer skills”.
